The 4 and 3 Cabin near Piedmont, Oklahoma is silhouetted by a spectacular Oklahoma sunset The only thing better than shooting storms is shooting storms during "Golden Hour" of the late afternoon. Taken near Sellman, Oklahoma during the May 4th, 2007 outbreak. This is the southern flank of the storm complex that struck Greensburg, Kansas later on the evening of May 4th 2007 . The late afternoon sun filtered through the crown of another storm produced the unusual light. I believe some scenes say more when they display less. This was taken north of Carnegie, Oklahoma The Lowell, Oklahoma Christian Church is illuminated by a street lamp in front of the church. The church is a registered by the state as a historic landmark. A barn just south of Okarche, Oklahoma is silhouetted by the setting sun I hoped to be sooting thunderstorms as they approaced this scene but the Lord had a different scene in mind for me. Taken from the Highway 50 bridge south of Freedom, Oklahoma. This old grain elevator in Piedmont, Oklahoma is brilliantly lit when several strokes flashed around it at once.
